At TONAAL, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During product launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be extended.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States via trusted carrier services. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select regions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local government or carrier.
TONAAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
TONAAL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout. TONAAL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
